Working together
After working in mental health for the past 12 years I have extensive experience in supporting people experiencing different challenges. I am trained to support people with depression, anxiety, OCD, illness anxiety, Post-trauma stress, phobias, and panic. I also have additional training to support people living with chronic illnesses, such as chronic pain, IBS, and Long COVID.

CBT sessions are up to 50 minutes long. In these sessions we will agree what we want to discuss, and how we can move towards your treatment goals. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, or can be done via the telephone if you prefer.
CBT is a short-term therapy, people often find that 8-12 sessions will help them reach their goals.

CBT and ACT are both evidence-based therapies, which means studies show that they work for many people. CBT is a collaborative process, and so we will work together to improve how you are feeling . If we find that another therapy would better support you I can help to signpost you to other services.
